For an evening of nonconventional audition, the Philharmonic advances those who love chamber music a recital marked by a diverse and attractive programme.
Baroque, classicism, impressionism, and also, Astor Piazzolla’s music sum up the stylistic areas assimilated in the programme. The famous Sonnet for violin and piano Devil’s Trill by Giuseppe Tartini, with a well-known and mysterious legend in its background, the dramatic Sonnet in A minor no. 4 op. 23 by Beethoven, the Sonnet for violin and piano by Claude Debussy, full of color and charm, but also two of the peak titles in the career of Astor Piazzolla, creating a Tango Nuevo with counterpoint, jazz tendencies, with complex, intense and mysterious expressions: Adios Nonino and Francanapa.
